Due to changed conditions, programming has changed. The Foundation will partner with suitable educational and vocational institutions. Program participants will be directed to these already established institutions with the Foundation providing programming as needed. Programming has expanded to include locating resources to utilize for housing for those White Hall Estate residents being displaced and for some other residents in need. Applicants will be interviewed by several teams to determine initial eligibility. In addition, the  applicant will be expected to comply with the requirements of his or her action plan. The action plan will detail how the applicant can obtain the educational, vocational and life skills that will enhance their marketability thereby affording said applicant the opportunity to rise above the life of poverty previously known.

       Current Negril Programs    

       White Hall Estates Program , Westmoreland  and "other vicinities in Negril"

         Applications are being accepted for educational and vocational programs. In addition, arrangements are being made to provide housing opportunities for applicants accepted into the program.

****  Vocational and Educational Programs: Applicants will be directed to existing Jamica programs,  such as Jamaican Foundation Lifelong Learning (JFLL), High School Equivalency Programme (HISEP) and HEART Trust-NTA. Additional programs will be established if necessary.

***Housing Needs: We will try to provide housing based on the number of persons in the household.

Current Status:  There are several students attending JFLL as well as college. These individuals will be those considered first for housing. We anticipate being able to locate land and potentially start building homes late 2012.

           What You Should Do........

   1.  Fill out application in its entirety

         What Happens Next.........

            2.  Your application will be reviewed to ensure that it is complete

           3. A personalized "Action Plan" will be developed based on your educational and vocational needs

    4.  You "MUST" follow through on the details of your action plan.

        5.  As Housing is located and/or built, those who have diligently worked on completion of their "Action  Plan" and have demonstrated their willingness to "truly better their circumstances", will be the applicants selected for the housing program.
